What is the WOW Factor?
The Little 1%ers
The WOW Factor is the sale from start to finish and beyond, the little 1%ers. Doing little things that are not expected and building a strong future between the customer and the dealership. Any dealership can sell a car but it is the service that you give after the sale that brings the customers back and makes them feel like a friend and not just a number
– Chris Keen, Service Manager
Going that extra mile for our customers and making sure they are completely satisfied with our service both during and after the sale and making sure that if the customer has a problem at any stage that we not only fix it, but we fix it quickly and efficiently
– Vanessa Berry, Accounts Payable
It's customers like Ron Hall who become like a family member to the whole dealership and genuinely feel comfortable enough to call in for a chat and a coffee with any of the staff. He loves showing of his Prado SX and talking to people about it's attributes and even cut his holiday short for us so that we could show a customer his vehicle
– Allyson Moore, New Vehicle Sales Consultant
Exceed Customer Expectations
The WOW Factor for me is the dealership to which I come to spend my day and the people I get to work with, for our customers those people (Bendigo Toyota people) going the extra mile to exceed our customers expectations, it's the little 1%ers that make all the difference.
– Felicity White, Customer Relations Manager
The WOW Factor is the first impression. It can be the emotion/expression when a customer walks into the dealership, when a staff member meets them for the first time or when the customer sees that shiny new car displayed on the showroom floor. The WOW factor is incredibly important as the way a person feels can affect their decisions and judgements, therefore we set a very high standard and I quite often hear the customers say “WOW!"
