Many times Lisa is the first person you will meet when you first walk through the doors at Bendigo Toyota. 

With a radiant smile and a gentle persona, Lisa fulfils one of the most important roles we have – being responsible for meeting and greeting our new car customers, or those returning to service their vehicle or purchase spare parts. 

“I love interacting with customers and fellow staff, and even more so when its football season. It’s great fun to organise events and activities to coincide with Toyota’s sponsorship of the AFL and the Toyota Good for Footy Sponsorship program.” 

When asked about The Wow Factor, Lisa believes that it’s all about making a good first impression. 

“It can be the emotion or expression when a customer walks into the dealership, when a staff member meets them for the first time or when the customer sees that shiny new car displayed on the showroom floor. The Wow Factor is incredibly important as the way a person feels can affect their decisions and judgements, therefore we set a very high standard and I quite often hear the customers say ‘WOW!’” 

Of the entire Toyota range, Lisa loves the Toyota HiLux. “It’s a great practical car. It can be a work car, a show car, family car or just a plain, fun to drive car ... which is why we bought one!” 

Originally from Deniliquin, Lisa and her partner Grant love football and netball on the weekend, going to the gym and movies, and spending time with family and friends.
